Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information (FOI) requests are formal requests for records of the Town of Iroquois Falls. The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) establishes a general right of access to the information held by local governments and institutions.

Submissions

Requests can be submitted by mail or in-person at Town Hall during regular operating hours. All requests must be submitted with the non-refundable $5.00 application fee.

In-Person Submission

Applicants may present themselves to the front desk at Town Hall and request the application form.

Mail

Applicants may download the FOI requests form on the Town website and mail to the Clerk's office together with a non-refundable $5.00 cheque/money order payable to the Town of Iroquois Falls.
