Paying Your Utility Bill

Effective January 1st, 2024, By-Law No. 3751/23, being a by-law to impose water and sewer service fees and charges.

Tenanted Properties:

Effective January 2014, all Water and Sewer accounts have been transferred to the owner(s) of the property receiving the utility services. The bills are addressed to the same individual(s) or organization as listed on the property tax bill. Tenant billings are no longer an option.


Available Payment Methods

In-person at cashier counter

You may pay your utility bill by cash, cheque or debit from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm at the following location:

Payment Drop Box

You may deposit your utility bill payment - cheque only, no cash - in the drop box located next to the front doors of the following location:

Mail

You may send a cheque payable to the 'Town of Iroquois Falls' along with the remittance stub to the following mailing address:

Pre-authorized payment

Enroll in our pre-authorized payment program and have your property tax account balance due withdrawn monthly on the bill's listed due date. Complete and submit a Pre-authorized payment enrollment form to Town Hall.

OptionPay

Visit our third-party payment processor to pay your Utility bill by Visa or MasterCard. Click the following link to open OptionPay.

Electronic Bill Payment

Payment via ATM, phone or internet are accepted by the following financial institutions: Bank of Montreal, Caisse Populaire, Scotiabank, Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Credit Unions of Ontario.
